Eligibility

The candidates should meet the given criteria for NCAD Scholarships in Ireland 2020

• Applicants of NCAD Masters Scholarships in Fine Arts in Ireland, 2020 should be available to spend time between these locations and NCAD during their practice.
• Additionally, applicants should possess digital skills and other abilities.
• Also, the candidates must have a flexible ‘can do’ attitude while working with specific people and contexts.
• Similarly, they must achieve an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent (with a minimum of 6 in the writing section).
• Furthermore, applicants must submit a letter of 400 words describing their interests and capacities along with the application form.

Value of Scholarship

• The successful recipient of the scholarship will receive partial funding.

About the Program

• The MFA Fine Art program aims at artists and Fine Art graduates who are interested in advancing their art practices, engaging with contemporary art and theory and considering what art might be in relation to today’s social, cultural and political worlds.
• Furthermore, the MFA Fine Art is a practice-based course, structured through key pathways of contemporary art such as media, painting, print, sculpture.

• The National College of Art and Design (NCAD) is Ireland’s oldest art institution, offering the largest range of art and design degrees at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the country.
